This device is controlled by CNC, with an operating interface that implements two functions. It features a small footprint, compact structure, and is aesthetically pleasing and practical. This device belongs to the self-designed CNC system of Jingwei, with servo motors transmitting power. Device Features:
1. The guiding rollers of the core-spun yarn device are available in aluminum and steel materials. The aluminum guiding rollers are formed using a molding die and processed by CNC equipment, making them lightweight and high-precision. The surface has uniform grooves that effectively prevent the yarn cake from slipping due to gradual weight loss during operation, which could affect the yarn's stretching ratio and reduce the unevenness of yarn elasticity elongation. The steel material is made of stainless steel conforming to steel pipes, with a smooth surface that is wear-resistant and rust-proof.
2. The connection method of the core-spun yarn guiding roller adopts a single-section quick-release structure, which facilitates maintenance and replacement of the guiding roller. This structure has obtained a national patent.
3. Double-core core-spun yarn device: It adopts a drive unwinding method that combines CNC and mechanical or CNC and CNC. The long filaments are fed by CNC pressure rollers, while the spandex filaments are fed by mechanical or CNC drive. The placement of long filament yarn cakes can be done in three ways: hanging, flat, and suspended. This device can independently control the stretching ratio of each core filament, allowing for the spinning of different specifications of double-core core-spun yarn according to user requirements.
